Are first year students expected to live on-campus?
First year students live on the campus of their major and are immersed in Sun Devil spirit, pride and tradition. On-campus living at ASU is centered on residential colleges that place you next door to classmates that share your major and career interests. Residential colleges provide supportive, close-knit communities designed to help you succeed at ASU. Priority application deadline for housing for fall semester is May 15th and for spring semester is November 15th.

Broadway Palace is a luxury apartment building in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles, featuring a unique design based on Old Hollywood and is 0.4 miles from ASU California Center. Students will have access to a number of amenities such as fitness centers, v indoor basketball and volleyball courts, a 24/7 state-of-the-art gym and sauna with complimentary Peloton and yoga classes, as well as a rooftop pool and a second resort-style pool.

The Reservation Form assists Guest & Conference Housing (GCH) at Arizona State University in securing the details and needs of your conference program. Upon receiving your form, GCH will contact the conference organizer to review this form for accuracy. Information on this form will be used to draft your contract and invoice.

We want to make sure that your living space is well-kept. You can submit a maintenance request for any wear and tear issues or damages in your residence hall room or common area. Our goal is to provide you with outstanding service by responding to all requests in a timely manner.
