Guest Housing welcomes university guests and affiliates engaging in university-related business during their stay at ASU. Whether you are conducting research, participating in an internship program, or a visiting scholar or professor, all guests and affiliates must be sponsored by the department that they will be working with at ASU.
Guest housing offers apartment-style accommodations, during the academic year at the Tempe, West Valley, and Polytechnic locations.
Guest housing is limited to a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of 1 academic year. Due to limited space, guest housing is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Note: In order to be considered for ASU Guest Housing, you must be engaged in University related business and must be sponsored by a University Department. The Guest Housing season generally runs from early September until the first week of May and registration begins no more than ninety (90) days prior to a guest’s arrival date.
Please visit: Visit ASU for local accommodations for general visitors to ASU.
Guest Housing reservation request process:
- Submit a Guest Housing Interest Form.
- If availability allows it, Guest Housing will provide cost information and issue a Guest Housing Agreement. Your Guest Housing Agreement Agreement will serve as both the contract and invoice for the duration of your stay.
- It is your responsibility to review, initial, sign, and acquire the signature of your campus sponsor on the Guest Housing Agreement.
- Once you have a signed and acquired sponsor signature, return/submit the License Agreement to staywithus@asu.edu as a scanned pdf or photograph. A non-refundable fee of $150 will be due 2 weeks after signing the Guest Housing Agreement.*Non-refundable fee subject to change
*Submitting an Interest Form only initiates a reservation request. GCH’s ability to accommodate is based on availability, a fully executed Guess Housing Agreement, paid reservation fee and validated campus sponsor.
Rates begin at a minimum of $80/night and will vary depending on accommodations, amenities, season, and length of stay. Please complete an interest form and our office will contact you with more information.
