Mail and Shipping for Residents

Mailing and shipping address information will be released August 1, 2025. All items should be labeled with first and last name, residence hall and room number. No mail or packages can be accepted for you at this address until you receive more information. Anything received prior will be returned to the sender. Coordinate with family or friends to ship non-essential items to you at a later time.

Alternatively, your mailing and shipping address information will be published on your My ASU account in early August. You are able to ship packages to your mailing address after that date, and items will be available for you to pick up from your designated mail and package pickup location on campus when you arrive. First and last name, residence hall and room numbers are required on all mail and packages.

Polytechnic, Tempe, and West Valley campus residents: 

You are able to use the USS From-Home-to-Room program and have items delivered to your room prior to your arrival. Items must be received by USS prior to July 30, 2025.

Downtown Residents: 

Your mailing and shipping address will be published on your My ASU account when it is assigned (no later than Aug. 1, 2025). You can ship items to your direct mailing address and pick them up when you arrive on campus.
