Mail and Shipping for Residents

Mailing and shipping address information will be released August 1, 2026. All items should be labeled with first and last name, residence hall and room number. No mail or packages can be accepted for you at this address until you receive more information. Anything received prior will be returned to the sender. Coordinate with family or friends to ship non-essential items to you at a later time.

Alternatively, your mailing and shipping address information will be published on your My ASU account in early August. You are able to ship packages to your mailing address after that date, and items will be available for you to pick up from your designated mail and package pickup location on campus when you arrive. First and last name, residence hall and room numbers are required on all mail and packages.

Polytechnic, Tempe, and West Valley Residents: 

You are able to use the USS From-Home-to-Room program and have items delivered to your room prior to your arrival. Items must be received by USS prior to July 30, 2026. If you choose to ship items yourself, you can pick up your packages after you arrive on campus at your designated pickup location, which may include smart lockers in select areas. Your mailing and shipping address information will be published on your My ASU account, under Campus Services, no later than Aug. 1, 2026. Be sure to use your full name as listed in university records when shipping. Please wait until your shipping address is assigned before shipping any packages.

Downtown Residents: 

Your shipping address will be published on your My ASU account, under Campus Services, when it is assigned (no later than Aug. 1, 2026). You may ship items to your direct shipping address and pick them up when you arrive on campus.  Be sure to use your full name as listed in university records when shipping. Please wait until your shipping address is assigned before shipping any packages.

*Note: your shipping address, residence hall and package pickup location are all different. Make sure to use the correct address provided in your My ASU account.
