Located on the south end of the Tempe campus, Tempe’s newest residential community (Name TBD) will be adjacent to the new Mill Avenue Parking Structure and just steps away from academic buildings.
Overview
Get ready to add a lot more creativity to your experience at ASU. Opening its doors in Fall 2025, Tempe’s newest residence hall (Name TBD) will be home to our first-year Sun Devils studying with the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts, the Mary Lou Fulton College for Teaching and Learning Innovation, and the College of Health Solutions on our Tempe campus.
As a member of this community, you will have the opportunity to chart your path to success, explore innovative and creative approaches to learning, and have a college experience like no other. Your experience happens here, with access to ASU faculty, peers and staff in your residential hall.
