Move In Downtown Phoenix Campus

Have questions about your room and bed size and what to expect? The information below will help you prepare for your fall move-in at ASU Downtown Phoenix.

Move-in Dates: You must login to

My ASU for your specific move-in date and time. It will be available in the Campus Services tab in early July.

Room details: The average size room in Taylor Place is 214 square feet. To find more information about specific hall amenities, floor plans, staff and rates, visit the Taylor Place hall page. You can pre-ship items, once your mailing address is available on

My ASU.

Move-in help: When arrivnig at your scheduled move-in date and time, staff and volunteers will be able to assist with your move-in.

Late check-in: You are required to inform University Housing by email from your @asu.edu email account prior to Aug. 7, 2023, if you will be arriving after 5 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 24, 2023.
Note: Housing and meal plan rates will not be prorated for late check-in.

Residential mail services: Your specific mailbox or post office box number will be assigned in August. You can pre-ship items, once your mailing address is available on My ASU in the 'Campus Services' tab. Don’t forget to include your first and last name on your packages.
