Guest & Conference Housing (GCH) at ASU works closely with Sun Devil Dining, provided by Aramark. The conference organizer will enter into a separate contract with Aramark for their dining needs, specific to the campus where the program will be held. We urge organizers to begin planning their dining needs as early as possible. Please contact Sun Devil Dining at least 3 weeks before the start of the conference. You will need to provide the conference itinerary that outlines the schedule of the conference throughout its stay. The appropriate dining contacts will be provided to organizers by GCH once the License Agreement has been signed and the reservation fee has been paid.
Meeting spaces, whether inside or outside the residence halls may be reserved at a variety of facilities on campus based on availability. Additional fees may apply. Reservations are accepted based on space and availability. Department sponsorship may be a requirement for reservation. Please contact us for more information.
Parking and Transit Services (PTS) will work directly with the conference organizer regarding permits and payment. We recommend reaching out to PTS at least 3 weeks in advance to make an inquiry. Department sponsorship may be a requirement for reservation.
The creation of a safe living environment is dependent on a partnership between individual guests or conferences and university agencies. Visitors are responsible for assisting in their personal safety as well as the security of the residence halls.
