Guest Housing

Guest & Conference Housing (GCH) welcomes university guests and affiliates who will be engaged in university-related business during their stay (research, internship, visiting scholar/professor). All guests and affiliates must be sponsored by the campus department that they are to conduct business with. Guests and affiliates will enter into a License Agreement where the specific duration of stay is required.

Guest housing offers limited, furnished, apartment-style accommodations, during the academic year at the Tempe, West, and Polytechnic campuses. Guest accommodation is not meant for guests and affiliates who are in transition to the local area. Guest housing cannot accommodate general visitors to the area. Please visit: Visit ASU for local accommodations for general visitors to ASU.

PLEASE NOTE: Guest housing is limited to a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of 1 academic year to accommodate academic and student affairs professionals working with ASU partners. Due to limited space, guest housing is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please complete and submit your Guest Housing Interest Form below. As our inventory is subject to change based on a number of factors, we are unable to confirm availability/pricing for any requests submitted more than 90 days prior to the anticipated arrival date. Please keep that in mind when submitting your request.

Reservation requests for Guest Housing are not being accepted at this time.

Rates

Rates begin at a minimum of $70/night and will vary depending on accommodations, amenities, season, and length of stay. Please complete an interest form and our office will contact you with more information.

  2. If availability allows, GCH will provide cost information and issue a License Agreement. The License Agreement will serve as both the contract and invoice for the duration of your stay.
  3. It is the guest’s responsibility to review, initial, sign, and acquire the signature of their campus sponsor on the License Agreement.
  4. Once guest has signed and acquired sponsor signature, return the License Agreement to staywithus@asu.edu as a scanned pdf or photograph.  A reservation fee must also be paid at this time, and will be determined based on the number of overall guests.
