Participate in the ASU Move-In Weekend Experience!

Each year in August, ASU welcomes thousands of new students and families to campus. The Move-In Expo is an exciting opportunity for our Tempe-campus students to see what the surrounding area in Tempe and ASU have to offer before moving into their new home.

University Housing is dedicated to providing support and services to help students prepare for university life. In participating in the Move-In Expo at ASU, businesses and ASU partners are providing an essential component to help ensure a successful transition to university life for the student and a welcoming experience to Tempe. Your participation in the Move-In Expo will also provide a sense of community for our incoming students and help reassure parents during a challenging time.

Partnering with ASU Housing has many benefits such as:

  • Creating brand recognition or new clientele with over 10,000 new Tempe residents
  • Providing a sense of support and community for out-of-state students
  • Opportunity to reach and establish a new customer base

Historically, we have opened registration to anyone who had interest in participating. For 2020, the Move-In Expo is being reformatted, and far fewer groups will be invited to attend. Please understand that registration for this event does not guarantee you a space; our team will follow up with you if you have been selected to participate. Each space is reserved from 6:30 a.m. through 5:30 p.m. for Saturday and Sunday, August 15 and 16, 2020. Selected groups are required to have their table staffed for the entirety of these shift times, on both days.
