Move-in: Tempe
Have questions about your room and bed size and what to expect? The information below will help you prepare for your fall move-in at ASU Tempe.
Move-in Dates: You must login to My ASU for your specific move-in date and time. It will be available in the Campus Services tab in early July. Move-in appointments for 2021 are scheduled August 11-15 (First Year Students) and August 16-18 (Upper Division students). It is critical that you arrive at your specific appointment time. Alternative arrival appointments may be requested after July 1, but they are not guaranteed.
Room details: Room sizes vary drastically in Tempe, depending upon the hall and floor plan selected. To find more information about specific hall amenities, floor plans, staff and rates, find your residential college and visit your hall page.
Move-in help: If you move in at your scheduled date and time, staff and volunteers will be available to assist with your move-in experience.
Late check-in: You are required to inform University Housing by email from your @asu.edu email account prior to Aug. 6, 2023, if you will be arriving after 5 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 23, 2023.
Note: Housing and meal plan rates will not be prorated for late check-in.
Residential mail services: Your mail service is provided by The UPS Store on campus. Your specific mailbox number will be assigned over the summer. You can pre-ship items beginning August 1st. Check for your mailbox number on My ASU in the 'Campus Services' tab. Don’t forget to include your first and last name and mailbox number on your packages and mail. Anything received after August 1 will be available for you to pick up from the UPS store on campus when you arrive.
