On the north edge of campus, across from Sun Devil Stadium, Desert Financial Arena and Mona Plummer Aquatic Center. Two blocks away from downtown Tempe and the iconic Mill Avenue.
Overview
Manzanita Hall is a co-ed hall that provides double occupancy accommodations with suite-style bathrooms. Manzanita Hall residents can enjoy: 24-hour campus security and front desk services, computer lab, laundry facilities, dining hall, fitness center, meeting spaces and two-story lounges with community kitchens.
Manzanita is home to Manzy Square, an all-you-care-to-eat dining facility. It is close to The UPS Store and Starbucks in the Palo Verde East Hub.
