Casa del Valle
Build your Sun Devil legacy
Join the trailblazers who will be among the first residents of ASU's newest residential community, Casa del Valle, on the West Valley campus. Opening its doors in Fall 2024, this cutting-edge residence will be your home away from home, whether you're a second-year Sun Devil, a first- or second-year Barrett, the Honors College student, or an upper-division student looking to renew your journey with us. As a member of this new community, you'll have the opportunity to chart your path to success, explore innovative approaches to learning, and live your dreams.
Casa del Valle will feature 507 double occupancy suite-styled units, a brand new social lounge, zen areas, study halls with faculty, peers and personal spaces, a creation hub, a landscaped courtyard, and so much more!
In addition to all the exciting new spaces, in order to prepare Sun Devils for life after college, they may look forward to:
-
Opportunities for faculty connections
-
Career Connection series
-
Small residential network meetings
-
Community Embeddedness Alumni speaker series
Our goal is to ensure academic success by continuing to live, learn and thrive on campus. Students will be surrounded by the support of their peers and ASU faculty and be motivated to think more creatively, strategically, and work collaboratively while increasing their overall wellbeing.

Living on campus helps you connect with more friends. Everyone's living in the same building and you're paired with people in your major and your college, so it just helps you have that bigger sense of community and a more college-ready experience."
