922 Place Apartments
ASU University Housing has a Master Lease on the full 922 Place Apartments community for the 2026-2027 academic year. This will provide an ASU-tailored living experience for upper division students in a traditional apartment community! You will have access to all resources and amenities within the property, but with the support and security of live-in ASU staff. All units are fully furnished and include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an in-room washer and dryer.
If you would like to live at 922 Place in the 2026-2027 academic year, you must apply through the Housing Portal. Upper Division spaces on campus are very limited, and completing a housing application does not guarantee you housing on-campus.
