University Housing has options on all four campuses to suit your needs. Your room rate includes a furnished room, utilities, cable and internet services, community facilities and amenities.
Shared and private bedroom living options are available.
Halls and terms for Summer 2020 will be determined at a later date.
*MCCCD students must email email@example.com to request summer housing.
Students under the age of 18 may still apply for summer housing, but must have a parent or legal guardian sign where indicated on the License Agreement before the application will be considered valid.
All applicants for Arizona State University Housing must read and sign the University Housing License Agreement. A non-refundable housing confirmation fee of $125.00 will be posted to the student’s account at the time of submission and will be due immediately. If financial aid is awarded and accepted, the confirmation payment may be covered by financial aid. By signing this agreement, the student agrees to reside in on-campus housing for the summer session. Please note this fee is for processing, preparing and reserving housing preferences. If the applicant is a continuing resident with a Spring 2020 housing assignment, or is an incoming first-time freshmen student admitted for Fall 2020 who is required to pay the enrollment deposit to ASU, the $125 confirmation fee will be waived.
Details about your specific move-in date and process will be communicated through your ASU email in late-March/early-April 2020. You must be physically present to participate in move-in on the date you are assigned.
Students without a Fall 2020 assignment through University Housing must move out of their summer assignment within 24 hours of their last final. Summer residents with a Fall 2020 housing assignment will be asked to move when their fall room assignment is confirmed as ready.
Summer session B students without a Fall 2020 housing assignment through University Housing may remain in on-campus housing until their last final, but may be required to move to a different bed space due to fall arrival space needs.
University Housing does not offer meal plans for the summer session. For information about dining options offered, please visit Sun Devil Dining or contact them at 480-727-DINE.
